Increasing the bargaining power of women creates a virtuous cycle as female spending supports the development of human capital, which in turn fuels current and future economic growth. This is because they invest in their communities. Successful women strengthen the socio-economic development of their society and result in building resilience for the future generation
What we want is to provide solutions to the numerous obstacles women have to overcome in order to be successful. Empowering them is key not only to the well-being of individuals, families, and rural communities but also to overall local and national economic productivity, given women’s large presence in every step and stage of the society

We are proud that our country staff are from the same communities as the women we serve and are knowledgeable about the challenges women face as well as the opportunities to make real and lasting change. We collaborate to develop programs that meet the unique context of every community and woman to help both become self-sustainable.
We want to support entrepreneurial women in their journey and believe we’re in a strong position to do exactly that. We want to provide women with the opportunity to become self-sufficient and financially independent through the creation and launching of their own businesses. This includes:
Guidance and Business awareness - the first step includes providing training, educational support, and advice to women willing to launch their business, in regards to opening and starting your own business whatever the sector and whatever the aims of the business, we will support them to achieve the dreams and objectives
Financial support provision - the second step includes providing financial support to women willing to open their own businesses. this means the provision of microcredits and grants to support the development and launching of the businesses. this help will be made on a discretionary basis.
Expert coaching and consultancy - this support program will come with expert and professional advice in money management and budgeting.
